The M4 makes the journey straightforward if you do want to come, but it is a long day either way. A significant proportion of our Welsh customers never visit the showroom, and that arrangement works well provided we talk properly beforehand.

 

The phone call is the important part

Tell us your budget, the size you are after, what you play and how long you have been playing, and we will tell you honestly what we would recommend and what we would steer you away from. There is no charge and no obligation. We can also send extra photographs or a short video of an instrument being played so you can hear the tuning before deciding.

 

Traditional and dance playing

Free reed instruments have a long history in Welsh traditional music and dance. We stock melodeons, concertinas and button accordions alongside piano accordions, and if you are playing for dancing rather than at home, that changes what we would suggest on weight and key.

 

Selling or part-exchanging from west Wales

Send photographs and details for a free valuation. We can usually value more modern instruments remotely, and once a price is agreed we arrange a courier to collect from you at a suitable time.
