We stock melodeons, concertinas and other free reed instruments alongside piano and button accordions. If you are playing English country dance, ceilidh or session music, the right instrument may well not be a piano accordion at all — tell us what you play and we will say so.
East Anglian traditions
There is a long-standing tradition of melodeon and country dance playing across East Anglia, and a good number of our Cambridgeshire customers are playing for dancing rather than at home. Key, tuning and weight all matter differently when you are standing up for three hours.

You are welcome to come and try anything in stock — ring first if you are travelling and want particular instruments ready. Delivery to mainland UK addresses is free, and we take instruments in part exchange or buy them outright with courier collection arranged from Cambridge.
