The West Midlands is one of our larger catchments outside the South East, and plenty of customers make the run down the M40 to try instruments in person. We hold around 170 accordions in stock, from student instruments under £200 to hand-built Italian professionals.

 

A long-established folk scene

Birmingham and the surrounding towns have a folk club tradition going back decades, and the city's historic Irish community keeps a strong traditional music presence. That means demand here spans piano accordions, button accordions and melodeons, and we stock all three rather than specialising in one.

 

Buying without travelling

If two hours each way is not practical, you can buy from us just as easily by phone. Tell us your budget, the size you are after, what you play and how long you have been playing, and we will tell you honestly what we would recommend and what we would steer you away from. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses.

 

Part exchange and valuations

We take accordions in part exchange against anything in stock and buy them outright. Send photographs and details and we can usually value more modern instruments remotely, then arrange courier collection from Birmingham at a time that suits.
